Billy's Pub and Grill is located in Essex, Ontario, Canada. Billy's is an upscale Pub that offers a variety for everyone! Established in 1995 as Billy Boston's, it originally started out operating as a pool hall / bar with light snacks such as subs and soups. In February of 1998 ownership changed to Doug Kalapos. Renovations soon began and after much blood, sweat, tears and countless help from friends and family Billy's is now the upscale Pub and Grill that it is today. Billy's Volleyball Courts are the best in the county, with new sand being dumped on the courts every year. The courts are groomed before each match and top of the line Molson sponsored nets and pro beach volleyballs are used. We supply only the best for our players. There are six volleyball leagues that run from May to September. Check out the Volleyball page for more info. A full menu is available everyday until 10pm, the late night menu is available until 1am.
